Me and sekajiku went set hunting in London yesterday loooooool. We checked out Russell Sq Gardens (John and Stamford’s meeting), the set of 221b with Speedy’s (where you could still see the markings on the door where ‘221b’ had been!), and also Trafalgar Sq (from The Blind Banker) and tried to get a photo from the same, or closest we could remember, angles as in the episodes :D
Also went to the real 221b Baker St (the museum now as you probs know, which had a cute ‘Mrs Hudson’s Restaurant’ next to it), and a pub in Northumberland Ave called The Sherlock Holmes - which, regrettably, was full of middle-aged business men so we… didn’t go in XD;

I don’t know what to feel! The more I hear about this Elementary, the more the sadness comes! for them to ride the success of this bumbly BBC show feels like such a kick in the teeth, I don’t know how you guys feel, but SHerlock for me felt like a unity between huge awesome America and tiny wee Britain in a revival of modern youth!
It felt like America, who always produces all these incredibally amazing shows, finally looked across the pond and saw little Britain waving shyly back saying,’ Hey! We made this pretty cool thing, do you maybe sorta kinda wanna watch with me??’ :333
It made me feel proud to be a Brit and to see such love
for this show…. But CBS.. With their fem!watson and big stompy feet already trying to smother lil bbc Sherlock… I dunno I just hope that this amazing american fandom stays faithful to cumberbatch and freeman! As guys, it’s truly awesome to see such love for london and Sherlock, so I hope this adaptation remains front runner as favourite,!
